This Privacy Policy explains how Parenting Schedule & Care Log ("the Application") handles Your information. The Application helps parents and caregivers keep a custody schedule, log handoffs and daily care, and create reports. Because this information is about Your family and Your children, it is stored on Your Device and stays under Your control. We do not require an account and do not collect it.

Summary

• Schedules, handoffs, care logs, notes, photos and reports are stored only on Your Device.

• The Company has no access to this information and does not upload it to any server.

• Information is shared with a co-parent or anyone else only when You choose to share it.

• No account is required. The Application contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.

• We never sell, rent or share Your family's information, and never use it for advertising.

Definitions

You means the parent, guardian or caregiver using the Application.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to the Parenting Schedule & Care Log team.

Application or Service refers to the Parenting Schedule & Care Log app.

Device means the iPhone, iPad or other device on which You use the Application.

Family Data means the information You enter into the Application, as described in the next section.

Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Information You Enter (Family Data)

Depending on how You use the Application, Family Data may include:

• Children's names or nicknames, ages or birthdays, and profile photos.

• Custody and parenting-time schedules, and handoff dates, times, places and notes.

• Care logs, such as meals, sleep, school, activities, health notes and medications.

• Names and contact details of co-parents or caregivers that You add.

• Reports You generate from these records.

Family Data is used only to show Your schedules and logs, send the reminders You set, and create the reports You request. It is never used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any other purpose.

Where Family Data Is Stored

Family Data is stored only on Your Device, inside the Application's sandboxed storage on iOS. It is not uploaded to, synced with, or backed up on any server operated by the Company, and the Company cannot view it. Reports are generated on Your Device.

If the Application offers iCloud sync and You turn it on, Family Data is also stored in Your own private iCloud account using Apple's iCloud service, so that it is available on Your other devices. That copy is governed by Apple's privacy policy, and the Company cannot access it.

Sharing with a Co-Parent or Others

The Application shares Family Data only when You choose to, for example by exporting a schedule or report and sending it through the iOS share sheet by email, Messages or another app You select. The people You send it to will see what You share. They are chosen by You, not by the Company, and the Company does not receive a copy.

The Company does not share, sell, rent or disclose Family Data to any third party.

Photos, Camera and Notifications

The Application accesses Your camera or photo library only when You choose to add a photo, for example a child's profile picture or a photo attached to a log entry. Photos are stored on Your Device with that record.

If You turn on reminders, for example for an upcoming handoff, they are scheduled on Your Device using iOS notifications. No reminder content is sent to the Company.

The Application does not track Your location. Handoff places are text that You type in.

Children's Information

The Application is intended for use by adults. It is not directed to children, and children should not use it themselves. Information about children is entered by their parent or caregiver, stays on that person's Device, and is not collected by the Company. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13. If You believe a child has sent Us Personal Data, please contact Us and We will delete it.

You Control Your Data

You can edit or delete any schedule, handoff, log entry, photo or report at any time in the Application. Deleting the Application removes all Family Data from Your Device. If You use iCloud sync, You can also delete the Application's data from iCloud in iOS Settings.

Information We Do Not Collect

The Application does not require an account. We do not collect Your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, advertising identifier or Family Data, and the Application does not track You across other companies' apps or websites.

If You have chosen in iOS Settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide Us with anonymized crash reports and usage statistics. This sharing is controlled by Apple and by Your settings, and does not include Family Data.

Purchases

If the Application offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store Your payment card details.

Information You Send Us

If You contact Us by email, We receive Your email address and the contents of Your message. We use them only to respond to Your request, and We keep them only as long as needed to do so. We do not share them with third parties except where required by law. You can ask Us to delete this correspondence at any time. Please do not include Your children's details in support emails unless they are needed to resolve Your request.

Disclosure Required by Law

We may disclose the limited information We hold, such as support emails, if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. Because Family Data stays on Your Device, We have none to disclose.

Security

Family Data is kept inside the Application's sandboxed storage and is protected by the security features of iOS. Anyone with access to Your unlocked Device may be able to view it, so please protect Your Device with a passcode, and take care when sharing reports.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.
